We had a wonderful Sager Christmas. I was able to hold Wes off from opening presents til Christmas Morning since he has always opened them on Christmas Eve. So we got up, made breakfast. Of course Wesley had no idea what was going on all he knew was he was opening presents!!! TOYS!!!! Christmas eve I made cookies, Wesley helped "sat in his chair playing." I also have a tradition that I started and want to continue. I want to get him an ornament every year so when he grows up and... moves out! (excuse me that was very difficult to type, he will have a lot of ornaments to put on his tree. When he gets a little older or maybe even next year I will let him pick out his own.
It was a lot of fun watching him open his gifts this year. He was ripping into them. He received a lot of nice gifts. A sponge bob bath and toothbrush set from a friend of ours. All he was saying was BOB,BOB, BOB!!! One of his favorite were a batmobile and joker car from his great grandma. And after he opened her gifts... there were no more presents... we had to hide it to get him to open the others. We had a wonderful Christmas. Wesley was so good with the tree too. As you can tell by my pics we got some snow. Wesley had fun out in it.
New Years was never a big deal for us. However Wes and I did make it to midnight.
We had a wonderful year, and we look forward to another one to come. Thanks for everyone that has been involved in making it a great one. Hope that you had a Happy New Year and may it be the best year yet for you!
